Entry requirements

To join our Graduate Scheme, you will need a minimum of a BSc (Hons) degree in a STEM subject, a passion for coding, plenty of ambition and the right to work in the UK without sponsorship. The businesses we work with are looking for motivated and enthusiastic graduates who are keen to explore a career in the world of data, and so are we.

3-months intensive training

We start by providing you with intensive training for three months, working towards the latest industry-recognised qualifications. A Katalyze Data expert will be your guide through a collaborative learning experience, where you will learn:

> SAS
> Python
> Power BI
> R
> Azure / Cloud Technologies

You will also learn soft skills such as consulting, presentations, and interview preparation.

9-month placement

Following training, you will be placed with an organisation in the UK or Ireland wishing to increase their data capability to accelerate business growth. The placement will be for a minimum of 9 months, after which the company has an option to offer you a full-time role.

Your package

You will earn from day one while you train, with your salary increasing during your placement. During your time with us, you will gain certified qualifications, explore new and emerging technologies, and acquire real-world experience in data analysis for business.
